1. Service Description

This funnel is developed and managed by ElevateAI LLC ("Provider") on behalf of KepyTransportation Inc. ("Client") for recruiting and hiring purposes. The system includes data capture, applicant communication, AI Voice Agent interaction, and scheduling features.

2. User Eligibility

Only authorized applicants, employees, or agents of KepyTransportation Inc. may use this funnel for legitimate hiring or employment-related activities. Misuse or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

By using this system, users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal information such as name, contact details, employment history, and application responses. This data is securely stored and used solely for hiring, onboarding, and internal HR processes in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Communication Consent

Users may receive automated emails, text messages, phone calls, or AI-generated messages related to their job application. By submitting contact information, users consent to such communications.

5. AI Voice Agent Disclosure

This system may use AI-powered voice technology to communicate with applicants. The AI Voice Agent is designed to assist with scheduling, answering common questions, and providing relevant information regarding employment opportunities at KepyTransportation Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not responsible for any technical errors, loss of data, or third-party service interruptions that may affect the availability or functionality of the system.

7. Access & System Modification

KepyTransportation Inc. may request modifications to the funnel content, structure, or automations through its assigned sub-account access provided by the Provider. Direct administrative access to the platform backend remains under the control of ElevateAI LLC to maintain security and system integrity.

8. Ownership

All system design, automation, AI configurations, and backend architecture are the intellectual property of ElevateAI LLC. The Client retains full ownership of its data and may request data exports as needed.

9. Updates to Terms

Provider reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
